Warm Hub Community Initiative

The Warm Hub project is a new community initiative delivered in partnership by Warwickshire Rural Communities Council and Cadent Gas. It aims to support rural communities by reducing social isolation and helping residents facing hardship.

We are proud to host Warwickshire’s first Warm Hub here in Shotteswell, offering a welcoming space where people can connect, stay warm, and access support.

Bleed Control Kit

A publicly accessible Bleed Control Kit is located beside the main entrance of the Village Hall, available for use in an emergency.

In an Emergency

If you need to access the kit, dial 999 immediately. The ambulance service call handler will provide you with the access code and guide you through any essential steps.

How to Use the Kit

The instructional video below, produced by The Daniel Baird Foundation, explains how to use the equipment inside the kit. Watching it in advance can help ensure you are prepared should the worst happen.
